Jacob Sudhoff

President and CEO

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Jacob continues to make an impact on the Texas development landscape. In 2010, he founded Sudhoff Companies with an integrated approach to serve clients as an advisor, investor and authority for urban residential development, sales and marketing. Since its inception, the firm has partnered with more than 60 top builders and developers, providing strategic resources that enable them to focus on what they do best. Unlike traditional brokerages firms, Sudhoff invests its own capital in projects it represents, and over 70% of its builder partners have used Sudhoff-sourced funding.

In addition to his multiple business pursuits, Jacob is dedicated to helping non-profits, including the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Covenant House, and Houston Community Foundation.

Catherine Lee

Chief Operating Officer & Partner

Catherine is Chief Operating Officer and Partner of Sudhoff.  Prior to joining Sudhoff, she owned, operated and franchised 22 Applebee’s restaurants across Texas and managed a 70 manager team with 1,300 employees.  She was the only female franchisee for the Applebee’s brand.  Prior to Applebee’s, she was an Associate with Vinson & Elkins in their finance section.  She brings operational knowledge and legal expertise to Sudhoff as well as being a strategic partner in many of the company’s projects. 

 

Catherine graduated from Rice University cum laude and holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Betty Harbourt

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Betty leads Sudhoff’s marketing, public relations, advertising, and consumer engagement activities. Prior to joining Sudhoff, she developed sales and marketing strategies for high-density condominium and multifamily real estate projects nationwide. As Executive VP of The Marketing Directors, she was vital to the success of more than 75 new condominium communities, and as Director of Marketing for The Condo Store, she was instrumental in creating the company’s onsite sales and marketing initiative and orchestrating a market expansion that led to its acquisition. After the firm rebranded to Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, Betty was named Executive VP and led the company as it achieved great milestones, including its first billion-dollar sales year and 10,000 annual closings.

Prior to her real estate career, Betty held positions in credit marketing and national event marketing. She holds a bachelors from the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Mike Reddell

Executive Vice President, Sales

Mike brings more than 25 years of strategic planning, management, sales, and marketing expertise to Sudhoff. Prior to joining Sudhoff, he worked with Hillwood, Omni Hotel Corp., TRT Holdings, Hines, Forest City Development, and Koontz McCombs, where he amassed valuable experience in developing, marketing and selling condominiums, condo-hotels, and mixed-use projects. Mike has worked on every stage of development, including feasibility studies, selection of architects and interior designers, and recruiting and managing sales and marketing teams. His keen awareness of emerging demographics, design trends, and shifting buyer expectations gives Sudhoff clients a significant competitive advantage.

Mike sits on the Houston Association of Realtors' Governmental Affairs Advisory Group. 


Mike holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is active in the Urban Land Institute and supports other local urban initiatives.

Belinda Fernandez

Vice President of Operations & Compliance 

As Vice President of Sales Operations & Compliance, Belinda oversees the day-to-day sales operations and keeps the organization on track. Belinda provides broker support to the sales team as well as ensures the organization remains in compliance with TREC, national and local association’s rules & regulations. She also manages the organization’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.  Belinda has been supported the efforts of Sudhoff since 2011.

Prior to joining Sudhoff, Belinda owned and operated her own real estate company selling waterfront homes in the Galveston and surrounding areas.  She acquired her Texas real estate license in 2002 and, in 2006, her Texas Broker's License.  

Belinda holds a B.A from the University of Houston.

Dora Yzaguirre

As the longest serving Sudhoff Team member, Dora has been with Jacob Sudhoff since 2000.  Her role has been wide ranging and impactful on the business at every level. Beyond managing the day-to-day activities and scheduling for Mr. Sudhoff, Dora currently manages the closing and funding process for all Sudhoff transactions.  As the company grows, Dora has earned her spot on the executive team by taking on every task from agent management to contract management in stride. Dora’s experience continues to add value every day at Sudhoff. She has been a part of several positions at one critical juncture or another. Her history working in accounting as well as the title industry prepared her for the position she holds today: Executive Administrator and Contract Manager at Sudhoff Companies.

Elizabeth Graham

Senior Director of Marketing

Elizabeth brings eight years of seasoned marketing experience to Sudhoff in her role as Senior Director of Marketing. Elizabeth provides branding and promotional knowledge to partners in addition to leading Sudhoff in developing the custom publication, condoLife. Additionally, she is responsible for all corporate branding and marketing for and work to coordinate its affiliates. Her previous experience includes Director of Marketing at Modern Luxury Houston and Promotions/Marketing Coordinator at Cumulus Media/104.1KRBE.  As Director of Marketing at Sudhoff, she joins a seasoned Marketing team who coordinates and implements marketing plans and numerous program initiatives for their onsite Sales and Marketing developments including ad agency, public relations, digital media strategies and events.   

Elizabeth received Sudhoff's Michael Mahan Award in 2018. This award is given to a team member who exhibits leadership and compassion for the work that they do. 

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and a Minor in Spanish from Sam Houston State University.

Jared Bonasera

Sales Director/ Market Insight Manager

Jared joined Sudhoff in 2014, as a licensed agent for on-site sales at The Wilshire at River Oaks District.  Jared has prided himself in his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients' best interests. He is a trusted, knowledgeable resource with his finger on the pulse of Houston's inner-loop. His devotion and unparalleled customer service resulted in him joining the Sudhoff corporate team as Sales Director/ Market Insight Manager. 

In 2017, Jared was named #23 top real estate agent in Houston by the Houston Business Journal. In 2018, Jared won Gold for Rookie Sales Professional of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. Jared also sits on the Houston Association of Realtor's Young Professionals Network Advisory Group.

Melannie Angulo

Sales Coordinator 

Melannie manages all aspects of the HAR Listings and coordination of the Operations Department. Prior to joining Sudhoff in 2013, Melannie worked for Hines Interests Limited Partnership as an Administrative Assistant and Tricon Homes, Inc. as a contracts coordinator and executive assistant to the Vice President. Melannie has a total of 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. In her spare time Melannie loves to spend time with family.

Melissa Escobar

Marketing Associate 

Melissa manages the administration, reporting and coordination of the Operations Department. Additionally, Melissa oversees Sudhoff’s robust email marketing calendar, maintains open house schedule for all properties and provides support to all members of the Sudhoff team as needed. Melissa moved to Houston from the Corpus Christi area 3 years ago.

Prior to Sudhoff, Melissa worked for the Corpus Christi Independent School District for 11 years in the administrative offices. She managed payroll for 450 custodial employees and handled all maintenance work orders and requisitions. She joined Sudhoff in 2015.

Dina Gustin

Director of Marketing

Dina is a Director of Marketing for Sudhoff and oversees marketing initiatives, budgets specific to each project and serves as a liaison between the developer and Sudhoff team. She has worked with Pelican Builders on projects such as The Wilshire, The Revere as well as worked with Oxberry Group, Sims Luxury Builders and Citiscape on Sudhoff’s condominium development for almost 3 years.

Prior to working at Sudhoff Dina served as an art educator for 5 years. During that time, she procured scholarships and grants, was an enrichment team leader and served on the Global Studies Academy board. Additionally, Dina was as an Art Director 12 years and managed many award-winning external and internal publications for University of Houston, Shell Oil and Texas Children’s Hospital.

Dina holds a Master’s in Education from Houston Baptist University and a BA from the University of Houston.  Dina is also a licensed real estate agent with a background in real estate copywriting.

Khruma Myrie

Logistics Manager


Khruma oversees all developer project sales centers and signage, ensuring that all facets of the Sudhoff brand is represented well to both our clients and buyers. Khruma is responsible for gaining the attention of prospective buyers through the means of weekend directional signs, project site signage. 

Khruma successfully completed project management certification program at the University of Houston Downtown. Additionally he completed 2-year degree in Applied Science Aviation Technology Little Rock Arkansas and successfully completed his internship at Dausault Falcon Jets where he developed an obsession for the smaller details in the manufacturing of business class private jets.

Nicole Calderon

Development Sales Agent

Nicole is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas. She joined Sudhoff and is the on-site saels agent for The Mondrian at The Museums. She has worked  with numerous developers from “conception to sell-out” on various projects from the Museum District to River Oaks.

Nicole launched her real estate career in 2003 as an associate at John Daugherty Realtors in Houston, TX. Nicole immediately found her niche and passion for large project sales and management and she went on to work with some of Houston’s top developers and builders. Having spent most of her childhood and early adult years living in Europe and Canada, Nicole understands and enjoys working with other cultures. She understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment and she is well-versed in making that transition a seamless and enjoyable time.

On-Site Sales Agent

Patricia specializes in new construction and condominiums with a focus on Houston’s Inner Loop, River Oaks, Tanglewood, the Heights and San Felipe area. She is the Sales Director/Listing Agent for 1011 Studemont, a new construction boutique condo building in Sawyer Heights. Her former projects include RIVA at the Park, and Drake Homes Yale Street townhouses.  She is also the Listing Agent for the Houston Four Seasons Luxury Apartments.

Prior to being a licensed Texas real estate agent with Sudhoff, Patricia was a high performing leasing agent working in a large Galleria apartment complex featuring a complexity of floor plans – knowledge valued by prospects and residents.

Misty Meredith

Development Sales Agent

Misty Meredith specializes in New Construction and Condominium sales. Misty has 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and over 15 of those years focusing on condominium sales. Originally from Texas, Misty has had the opportunity to sell in several markets spanning from Texas to Georgia. Misty has been on the sales team for 16 new construction/conversion projects to date has received awards for her customer service and sales while maintaining her ranking as the top producing agent at the projects she has been involved with. In her career, Misty has been recognized as top 100 agents in the state, top 10 in sales within her company and to this day, Misty is one of the industry's leaders in the condominium market. “It is the best feeling in the world to feel clients’ excitement, knowing you are helping them find a place they love to come home to and make incredible memories. A home is a sanctuary, a haven, a happy place, an escape, and a safe place, and I love that I can help people with that.”

Currently, Misty is the exclusive agent for The Sophie at Bayou Bend. In 2004, Misty received the award for PACE Pride from PACE Realty and in 2017, Sudhoff awarded with her with Agent MVP.

Kyle Mikulenka

Development Sales Agent

Native Houstonian Kyle Mikulenka, a Realtor with Sudhoff, served in the military for six years as a Naval Rescue Swimmer before returning home five years ago.  Forever captivated by the city of Houston and its residential landscape, Kyle entered into the real estate industry making his main focus area the Inner Loop, specifically luxury condo sales. He is a consistent top producer and creates a very personal and attentive environment for his clients and buyers.  He credits his success to maintaining the highest level of expertise in the market place, a vociferous appetite for sales and his natural born gift to connect with people. Outside of the office you will likely find Kyle competing in spirited Nerf battles with his two sons, nursing and old fashioned at Houston’s, or struggling on the golf course.

During his time with Sudhoff, Kyle has been named Rising Star 2016, Top Producer by Volume and Transaction 2017. Additionally, Kyle is apart of the Greater Houston Home Builder's Association Million Dollar Circle.
